- We offer worldwide shipping of our products. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so you must provide full street address with postal code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.
- Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.
- We do not ship products on Sundays and US public holidays.
- If an order is returned to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.
- Shipping cost is based on the product weight and delivery location. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page.
Shipment and Tracking details
- We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.
- Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
VAT & Custom Duties
- VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not under our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
- International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
- Times to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be offered for this reason.
- If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
- Dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
In case if you do not like the product which you received, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and packaging within 7 days. Please note that we cannot not accept any returns for stitch clothing.
We will issue 90% refund of product price. (10% will be Order Processing charges.)
Customer needs to first contact us through Contact Us page on web site before returning any product. If you return the products before contacting us, then we will not provide any refund.

- Customer will bear the shipping cost while returning the products.
- We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
- We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
- At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
- Refunds will not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
- Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
- In case of product return, we will issued refund once we received the product back at our office.
We are devoted to 100% customer satisfaction. If any item you receive has any defect, faulty workmanship, or defect due to shipping, IndiaShakti.com will refund it. Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for fresh food items (such as breads, vegetables etc). In some cases we will provide credit on a case by case basis for future purchases. Also we are unable to accept any unsealed health products as returns.
If you need to return any item that meets these conditions, you must notify our Customer Call Center within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please leave a message at our Customer Call Center at 1-239-939-0797. Your inquiry will be promptly returned within 48 hours. We will issue a 90% refund, credited to your next IndiaShakti.com order or purchasing credit card. (Minus the actual cost of shipping the order to you, if the return is a result of an error other than ours).
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories. Pre-recorded media, such as CDs & DVDs must be unopened to receive a refund. Opened media may be returned only if it contains a manufacturer's defect. If the original is defective, you may exchange these items for the same title if available, if not, exchange credit will be granted for the same media type (CDs for CDs and DVDs for DVDs).
IndiaShakti.com's return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, including spoilage, melting or other damage. All items must be returned in its original, unopened condition. IndiaShakti.com will refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our own error.
